Meeting with Scrapping Girls
Oh!!! I'm so baaaaad ....... I forgot to mention that I met some lovely scrapbooking ladies the other day at Highpoint Shopping Centre. And amazingly, all of them came from miles away, and I'm the only person who lives nearby. Chris Millar was in town for a few days. So there was this little gathering that was organised with Fiona Leehane, Mel Nunn and somehow, Shirley Chai invited me along. And I had a very very fun morning, chatting, laughing, having lunch.... It's amazing when you see those names frequently published on scrapbooking magazines, and you somehow conjure up an image of them (it's all good, don't worry! :) ). When you meet them IRL, they are soooo different, to the image I had in mind.
Anyway, I feel so lousy for not reporting about this gathering you'll think I'm not even half sincere. But honest to heavens, I had a very very good time. I felt so high-spirited after that, that I actually went home and baked a cake! I am just horrible at blogging.

Not long to go before our drive up to Coffs Harbour! We are leaving on Saturday, in the wee hours of the morning. It will be a 7-8 hours drive to Parramatta, NSW, plus stoppage. We are also having dinner at this very popular Malaysian restaurant at Parra. Can't wait. Then we'll stay the night, and proceed for another 7-8 hours drive to Coffs Harbour, where our holiday awaits us. Pool, beach, no cleaning (well, ... not that I do much cleaning at home anyway), no cooking (ummm... same as cleaning), .... just spell r-e-l-a-x-a-t-i-o-n for me, ladies! We will be there for the week.
****************************************************************************
Anyway, today I got some good news from a magazine, which I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share yet, so I won't. Hey, it's not often I get to play this teasing game, so just indulge me, will ya? All I can say, is I can't wait to get the next issue of this mag!!!
OK... that's all for now.
